How #ironic. Rotator cuff is inflamed, while studying injury cycles.. #cruelworld π!.. Maybe an off week for me. π it’s tough to stay outta the gym, but it’s always important to take care of your body FIRST. Continuing training when you have injuries can lead to other muscles being strained and creating muscle imbalances, scar tissue, and contraction knots. These knots form a weak, inelastic matrix that decreases normal elasticity of the tissue. This can lead to permanent structural changes in the tissues, initiating the cumulative injury cycle. #BAD!!! You only have 1 body, right? Time to mix it up. Been upping weights as of late. #week 1.. Added weights to all my ab exercises. Hopefully this gets me some of that needed definition. My body fat is at 16.5% currently.
